Welcome to the Salty Soul condo, a completely (and just recently) updated one bedroom villa perfectly located at Edgewater Beach Resort. Just a few steps to the heated pool, convention center, dining options, and the pedestrian bridge to the beach and more Edgewater amenities, you'll wonder why you ever stayed anywhere else.

The Salty Soul condo just enjoyed a complete makeover and now sparkles with all new flooring, appliances, furniture, kitchen wares, paint, updated bathrooms, and more. You'll relax in a spacious living area equipped with seating including a new sleeper sofa while you take in the incredible view of the resort's iconic 8th hole island green. Step out the sliding doors to the covered patio and bring your coffee for a peaceful start to each day. A smart TV adorns the wall and the lightning fast WIFI offer inside entertainment and keep you connected.

Our updated kitchen provides all you need for meals and snacks including a stove, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, Keurig duo coffee maker for a full pot or just a cup, blender, toaster, and more. Dishware, utensils and cookware are at the ready to serve. And when ready to nosh, pull up a chair at the dining table or the bar area (seats for 7 available). A full guest bathroom with a shower plus a washer and dryer round out conveniences.

The bedroom offers two new queen beds, ceiling fan, clothing storage, smart TV and ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower and vanity. Also enjoy access from the bedroom to the covered patio.

You are mere steps from the seasonally heated pool (min 84°F year-round). Beyond our gates, explore a multitude of walkable dining options—from NY-style pizza to high-end seafood. We're perfectly situated between Front Beach and Middle Beach Roads, less than 5 miles from Pier Park, making it easy to enjoy the area without heavy traffic.

Important Policies:

~ Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
~ No pets or ESA allowed.
~ No smoking or parties allowed.
~ A signed rental agreement and a $200 damage deposit hold (released upon uneventful checkout) are required prior to arrival.
~ Booking includes resort fee and one parking pass; an extra can be purchased for $50 + fees/tax.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
